Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MĨʐū and any related tools, websites, CLI utilities, APIs, and services (“Service”) operated by Quiklabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required under your local laws to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MĨʐū is an AI-powered, terminal-based security analysis agent designed to scan codebases for vulnerabilities and produce related output. The Service is available under free and paid plans with differing features and limitations.

The Service may evolve over time and may include experimental or beta features that are provided with reduced stability guarantees.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring you have lawful rights to scan, upload, or analyze any codebase or data processed through the Service

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized material
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the underlying models, algorithms, or systems
• Use the Service to build competing AI security agents, code scanners, or similar products
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

5. User Content

By using the Service, you may provide code, files, metadata, prompts, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a limited, revocable right to process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, improving detection accuracy, maintaining system integrity, and complying with legal obligations. We do not claim ownership of your code.

Unless you explicitly opt-in, we do not store your source code beyond transient, in-memory processing required to perform scans.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Service may generate suggestions, vulnerability reports, or other AI-generated output (“Output”). You understand and acknowledge:

• Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• You are solely responsible for verifying and validating all Output
• Output does not constitute professional security advice

We disclaim liability for decisions you make based on Output.

7. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid features require a valid payment method. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected plan fees.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We may change pricing with notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, models, UI, branding, features, and documentation, belong to Quiklabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd., except for User Content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted under these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We provide no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of vulnerability findings
• Performance or uptime of the Service
• Fitness for a particular purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiklabs, its employees, contractors, and affiliates against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

12. Modifications to Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material updates will be communicated through the Service or via email.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violating these Terms
• For non-payment
• If required by law or government request

You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
